In some cases you won't be entitled to your opinion because opinions vary from one another depending on what they are, but lets say someones opinion causes pain either to themselves or other people and it doesn't necessarily mean emotional pain. It could also be physical pain because an opinion could be a statement or a future action. For example, if someone says "There shouldn't be any gun laws because then I'll be restricted to own a gun for hunting or for my own safety." An opinion like this can cause physical harm to person because lets say this person has a child and the gun is loaded and one day the child finds the gun a looks a it for curiosity and then "BAM!" the child is dead. And possibly lets say this person is out hunting and doesn't realize he could be hunting endangered animals and killing them when its against the law and this person ends up in jail. The point is, in some cases you won't be entitled to your opinion. This is why we have laws and rules to restrict potential deaths or accidents for occurring.
